Abrasion Resistant Rubber

Skirtboard Rubber An integral part of any conveyor loading system. Skirtboard prevents materials from escaping and damaging the conveyor loading areas.

Chute Lining (All Rubber) and (Urethane)

APPLICATIONS:  For lining metal or wood chutes, hoppers, troughs or loading areas in construction, quarries, mines, etc.  When used as skirtboard, it prevents edge spillage and directs material into the center of the belt.  Ideal for belt scraper use. 

FEATURES/BENEFITS:  Both rubber and urethane linings outlast UHMW and steel, while absorbing impact and reducing noise.  Prevent bridging in hoppers, and allow materials to release better, especially when cold or sticky.  Radically extends the life of any equipment where abrasion, impact, cutting, gouging, bridging, or sticking materials are a problem.  
CONSTRUCTION (RUBBER):  Top quality all rubber (tensile strength 2500-3500#) construction with high resistance to tearing, cutting and abrasion.  Also designed to resist corrosive liquids present in handling run-of-mine coal.  Note:  Also available with special bonding layer to enable quick adhesion to rubber or metal substrates, when used with our cold vulcanizing adhesives.

CONSTRUCTION (URETHANE):  Red or Tan 85 durometer urethane material with a 7500# tensile strength.  Superior abrasion resistance, especially when velocity of sliding materials exceed 30 fpm.  Outlasts mild steel 10-to-1, while weighing only 1/7th as much as steel.    
SPECIFICATIONS:  Width to 48", thickness 1/4" to 1", roll length to 55 feet.

Channel Rubber (Bucker-Up)

All rubber stripping increases shaker life by isolating metal-against-metal abrasion.   Helps absorb shock and noise of impact as materials fall on the screen.   Features an extra-thick wear area for long service life. 

Sifter Balls
Available in black or white FDA rubber.  Used in shakers, tumblers, sifting and sizing operations to break up materials that clump together (salt, grains, chemicals, cement, flour, rocks, etc.).
