Sheet Rubber

Gaskets, Extrusions and Molded Rubber Parts

From roll sheet goods to custom cut to off-the-shelf metallic spiral wound gaskets, Allied Rubber will stock or custom make up to 60” diameter and thicknesses to 2”. Our material list is extensive and includes Teflon, Neoprene, Red Rubber, SBR, EPDM, Buna, Graphite, Viton and much, much more in seal pressures up to 3000 psi and temperatures from cryogenic to 2000 degrees F.

We utilize the latest technology including precision CNC controlled waterjet/flash cutting. This allows for low or high volume precision parts to be made efficiently, minimizing cost and production time.

Allied Rubber stocks and custom cuts gaskets to suit today’s refinery/petrochem safety, environmental and operational standards.

Die cut, die formed, spiral wound, heat exchanger and jacketed metal gaskets in multiple materials including red rubber, cork, nonasbestos, teflon and graphite superimposed on top of a petrochemical factory.

  • Die cut gaskets
  • Die formed gaskets
  • Spiral wound gaskets
  • Heat ex-changer gaskets
  • Jacketed metal gaskets

Allied Rubber stocks gasket material in all standard thicknesses with total fabrication capabilities for die cutting, stripping, stamping, slitting.

Garlock rubber expansion joints and other expansion joints that are custom for gaskets and heating and power generation facilities.

Allied Rubber’s rubber expansion joints carry safety ratings exceeding product specifications in such areas as pressure and movement.

Expansion joints absorb movement, improve thermal stability, reduce mechanical noise and compensate for misalignment. This will improve factory performance, reliability and service life. These are engineered products designed to be inserted into piping that is rigid. Increase your equipment mechanical integrity and relieve system strain due to thermal change, wear, settling, pumping surges or stress from loads. Rubber expansion joints have various applications for the following industries:

  • Power Generation
  • Pulp and Paper
  • Chemical Processing
  • Water/Waste Water, Marine
  • Mining
  • Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning

No matter what gasket or sealing material you need, Allied Rubber speaks your language. The language of sealing science.

Allied Rubber stocks many different profiles and can custom-design extruded profiles of any size, shape and length in a wide array of solid rubber compounds with various durometers. Sponge rubber extrusions in standard profiles are also stocked in various densities and hardness. Custom profiles can be designed in any size and in many different compounds, offered in small runs for all OEM and aftermarket applications.

Whether you have a blueprint or a CAD drawing, if you describe it, we can make it.
